The Ojuka Situation

Synopsis: African Colonel Ojuka is taking his young son to an English boarding school when a pair of gunmen in a car attempt to assasinate him. They kill one of his bodyguards, but Ojuka himself is armed, and dispatches both attackers. CI5 is ordered to protect Ojuka and his wife until Ojuka can get to a conference in Buckinghamshire in 2 days time. Bodie and Doyle take the couple to a safe house, but they are attacked in the middle of the night. CI5 4, Attackers 0. Cowley and Murphy investigate the lacklustre security provided for the school trip and find that it was provided by John Avery in the Home Office. Cowley is suspicious, and orders Murphy to investigate Avery's background. Bodie and Doyle take Ojuka to the conference a day early, but realise they are being followed. Whilst trying to lose their followers Bodie's car gets a puncture and crashes. Doyle kills both men in the Mercedes and uses that car to take Bodie and Ojuka to a local hotel where they check in as tropical fish salesmen. Bodie is then ordered to Avery's house on stakeout duty, as Avery has links to Ojuka's country, and the assasins have been White Africans. Ojuka takes advantage of Doyle being in the bathroom and calls his wife, but she is not alone. It seems that it is her who has been leaking information. Doyle and Ojuka are kidnapped at gunpoint by the Africans with Madame Ojuka, and the hotel receptionist is shot and killed. They are taken to Avery's house where Bodie is waiting.
